In order to process your order, we require your full name, billing address, shipping address, phone number and email address. These details are stored securely on our servers, and visible online only within your account, which is protected by your password.
Can I update my account information?
In accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998, you reserve the right to request inspection, revision and deletion of your account information. Your email address, contact number, billing address and shipping address details can be updated via links on the account page. How do I pay for my order?
You will need to create a user account on our website and be logged in to place an order. Secure payment is then handled via PayPal, which accepts all major credit/debit cards.
Do I need to have my own PayPal account to pay?
No, you can pay without creating a PayPal account, however you may find it easier in the long-term to register with PayPal in order to speed-up your future purchases from us.

Delivery Information

When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Various factors can impact the time it takes for an order to be delivered, however most orders are delivered in 1-2 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been despatched a tracking link will appear on the Account page and the View Order page, which you can view when logged-in to our website.
Is there a free delivery option?
Free UK-Mainland delivery is applied to orders above £74.99 excluding VAT.

Returns and Cancellations

How do I arrange a return?
Please email details to aj.johnson@btinternet.com and we will provide you with a Goods Return Number (GRN). The GRN must be clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging of the goods sent back to our warehouse or they may not be accepted. The GRN is valid for a period of 30 days; failure to return goods in this time may result in this authorisation expiring.
What if I've changed my mind and wish to cancel my order?
When purchasing goods or services from AM Welding Distribution via our website, you are protected by the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, which provides a cooling-off period of 7 working days after your order is placed. Should you wish to cancel your order during this time, please request a Goods Return Number (GRN) via email to aj.johnson@btinternet.com. In order for a full refund of the value of the goods to be provided, you will need to ensure the products are unused, unopened and returned to us in as-sold condition.
What should I do if my goods are damaged on arrival?
AM Welding Distribution request that all consignments are thoroughly and properly examined upon receipt, prior to you signing acceptance of delivery. Please notify any damage on the courierís consignment note, as it is difficult to rectify carrier damage if deliveries are signed for as "received in good condition". Please notify AM Welding Distribution of any incorrect, damaged or missing items by email to aj.johnson@btinternet.com, within 48 hours of receipt, and we will endeavour to rectify the problem in the minimum possible time.
